If you are dissatisfied with any of our products for any reason, please us the "Contact Us" option at the bottom of our homepage within 14 days of receiving your order for returns information and to arrange replacements or a refund as required.

Any non-faulty products must be returned within 14 days in new condition in the original packaging and suitable for resale in order to receive full credit.

*Please Note

     * We are unable to accept returns for Edible, food-contact items, customized or personalized items, cut ribbon or items specially ordered.
     * We are unable to refund any return shipping fees for non-faulty products.

Damaged or Faulty Items:

If any goods received are damaged, please contact us within 14 days from the day you received the goods.

Returning Goods Damaged in Transit

You must report any goods that are damaged on arrival within 48 hours of receipt.

Receiving Goods by Courier

If you receive goods via a service which requires a signature on delivery you should not sign for the consignment unless you have completely checked the entire contents of your delivery. You should instead sign for the package as "Unchecked".

If the consignment's packaging is in any way damaged you should review the goods delivered in detail and (if applicable) sign for the package as "Damaged".

You must notify us of any problems with a consignment within 48 hours of receipt. When contacting us it would be useful if you could have at hand the delivery note attached to the parcel which states your order number.
